Your Premier Footwear Partner in Portugal
We operate as a footwear department, covering all areas of the footwear industry, from concept to the delivery. Along the years we have been collaborating with some of the most relevant brands worldwide, helping them to scale their business and consolidate their positions.
What We Offer:
We provide cutting-edge sourcing, comprehensive product development, customized soles, meticulous bulk production selection, and rigorous quality control to ensure superior performance, design, and craftsmanship in every product.
Seeking the most recent components and technology is essential to elevate performance and design. For that reason, we are permanently connected with the most relevant suppliers worldwide.
The technical execution takes place at Addvance Studio:
- Shoe last development
- Pattern making
- Materials selection
Once it is finished, we have a decision to make: select the right manufacturer, the one who best adapts to each different type of shoe.
Over the years, we have been contacted by multiple brands interested in creating their customized sole collections. Our capacity in terms of sourcing and best production model implementation for soles in rubber, EVA, TR, or Phylon with short lead-times has turned us into a reference in the industry. Starting from the brand's sketch, we initiate a 3D design. The design is sent to the brand. Upon validation, we proceed to the next step, which is the maquette. Upon maquette validation, we can finally proceed to the mold. We usually produce one size mold upfront for validation.
Selecting the right manufacturer is a crucial point. For this decision, we have to consider several factors such as capabilities, craftsmanship quality, lead time, and price point. The selected manufacturer will receive from us the full development kit including shoe lasts, patterns, material references, etc. They will be responsible for the industrialization and bulk production. A member of our team will be in charge of supervision.
Our dedicated Quality Control team ensures every product meets the highest standards through rigorous testing and inspections. We guarantee reliability, safety, and superior quality in everything we deliver.

FAQ
We primarily work with retailers and brands, but we are more than happy to listen to your plans and requirements if you have a startup brand ready to commit to development and production. We always suggest a call and possibly a meeting to discuss your needs and plans initially, to understand you and your brand better. From this point, we could proceed to produce your initial prototypes and, finally, sales and pre-production samples. We also recommend a possible factory visit for you and your team once we are ready to start production, to view the facility and meet the team involved in manufacturing, quality control, and ultimately shipping your orders.
Depending on the design shoe specification and supplier/origin of the components, an MOQ could be mandatory. That would be between 120 pairs until 250 pairs per color or style.
We understand the need to reduce, where possible, the use of non-recycled and non-recyclable materials and components, as well as working to reduce our products’ carbon footprint. For many years now, we have been at the forefront in the use of recyclable or biodegradable materials, including materials such as cork leather, wool, hemp, natural rubber, recycled plastics, natural leathers, and various plant-based leathers and fibers. Additionally, we recycle parts such as laces and soles where possible at our production facilities. Our factories have been working hard to minimize overall waste and, in certain cases, now actively look to reprocess any industrial waste created. Governance of all things environmental is very close to our hearts and that of our supply chain. We have worked hard with the supply team to better understand, plan for, and address current and forthcoming environmental targets with the individual manufacturing regions.
